How to Fix Too Many Requests From This IP
If you see a Too Many Requests From This IP error as soon as you open EXM, it is usually caused by your network being set to Public instead of Private. Changing your network profile to Private can help resolve the issue.
How to Fix It
Open Settings.
Go to Network & Internet.
Select Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on which connection you are using.
Set your network profile to Private.
After doing this, reopen EXM and try again.
Important Warning
If you are using a laptop on public Wi-Fi, such as at an airport, café, hotel, or other shared network, make sure to set your network back to Public after you finish using the utility.
Leaving your device on Private while connected to a public network can increase your security risk.
