Microsoft Store Is Not Opening or Downloading Apps
Reset the Microsoft Store cache
Press Windows + R and enter:
wsreset.exe
A Command Prompt window may briefly appear before Microsoft Store opens.
Repair the Microsoft Store
Open:
Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options
Select Repair.
If that does not work, select Reset.
Check Windows Update
Install all available Windows updates and restart your PC.
Verify your Microsoft account
Open Microsoft Store and make sure you are signed into the correct Microsoft account.
Check your date and time
Incorrect system time can prevent Microsoft services from authenticating properly.
Enable automatic date, time, and time zone settings.
