1. Refund-First Approach

EXM Tweaks operates on a refund-first and reputation-first principle.

If you are dissatisfied or encounter technical issues we cannot reasonably resolve, we prioritize returning your funds to protect our reputation.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are typically granted in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: Incompatibility with your hardware or operating system despite following our guides.

  • Performance Dissatisfaction: The software does not meet expectations for system optimization.

  • Unauthorized Minor Use: If a purchase was made by a minor without parental consent, a refund is processed upon request from a parent or legal guardian.

Each request is reviewed individually and handled in good faith, with the final decision made to balance fairness, abuse prevention, and reputation protection.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the user dashboard.

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Refund requests for the current period are handled case-by-case under this policy.

4. Abuse & Chargebacks

To protect platform integrity, refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • repeated refund requests suggesting policy abuse,

  • fraudulent activity or unjustified chargebacks.

Users are encouraged to contact  before initiating a chargeback.
Abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future refunds.

5. Affiliate Commissions

If a transaction is refunded, any related affiliate commission is automatically voided.

6. Processing & Legal Entities

Refunds are processed by the legal entity governing the transaction:

  • EXM Tweaks s.r.o., Slovakia — for users routed via EU Stripe

  • EXM Tweaks Inc., Delaware, USA — for users routed via US Stripe

Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

This Refund Policy is governed by the same applicable law as the corresponding Terms of Service.
