This article covers EXM Tweaks’ recommended optimization list for users who want a strong starting point when tuning their system.
Before continuing, please understand that this is only our recommended list. There is no single “best” set of optimizations for every PC, game, setup, or user. Hardware, Windows versions, drivers, background apps, and personal preference can all affect results.
We encourage users to experiment, test different combinations, and keep what works best for their system.
Before You Apply Optimizations
Before applying any optimizations, we strongly recommend creating a Windows restore point.
A restore point gives you a safer way to roll back system changes if something does not work as expected or if you simply want to return your PC closer to its previous state.
To create a restore point:

For best results, we also recommend pairing these optimizations with EXM’s Debloated NVIDIA Driver and EXM’s System Cleaner. These can help reduce unnecessary driver bloat, background clutter, and system-level junk that may affect performance or responsiveness.
