If you are stuck on the Smart System Detection screen when loading EXM, the issue is usually caused by the app window being too small, which hides the Continue button.
How to fix it
Open the EXM app.
When you reach the Smart System Detection screen, press F11 on your keyboard.
This will fullscreen the app and make the Continue button visible.
Click Continue to move forward.
Why this happens
In some cases, the EXM window does not display the full Smart System Detection screen properly, so the Continue button is hidden off screen.
Fullscreening the app fixes this by expanding the window and showing the rest of the page.
