Email Not Authorized to Sign Up
If you're receiving an error that your email is not authorized during registration, this means our system has flagged the email address you're trying to use.
Why Does This Happen?
EXM uses an email verification system to protect against fraud and bot signups. Your email may be flagged if you're attempting to register with a temporary or disposable email address, an email provider commonly associated with spam or fraudulent activity, or an email that has triggered our security filters for another reason.
This system is in place to keep our platform secure and ensure that every user has a legitimate account.
How to Fix It
Use a standard email provider such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or iCloud to create your account. Avoid using temporary email services like Guerrilla Mail, TempMail, or similar disposable providers as these will be automatically blocked.
