Finding Your PC Hardware Information
Knowing your system specifications can be useful when troubleshooting performance problems, checking game requirements, or contacting EXM Support.
Important specifications normally include:
CPU
GPU
RAM
Windows version
Storage
Motherboard
Find Your CPU and RAM
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
Select Performance.
Select CPU.
Your processor model will appear near the top of the window.
Select Memory.
You can view your installed memory capacity, speed, and current usage.
Find Your GPU
Inside Task Manager:
Select Performance.
Select GPU.
Your graphics card model will appear near the top.
Systems with integrated and dedicated graphics may show multiple GPUs.
For example:
GPU 0: Integrated graphics
GPU 1: Dedicated NVIDIA or AMD graphics card
Find Your Windows Version
Press Windows + R.
Type:
winver
Press Enter.
Windows will display your Windows edition, version, and operating system build.
Find Your Motherboard Model
Search Windows for System Information.
Open the application.
Find:
BaseBoard Manufacturer
BaseBoard Product
These fields identify your motherboard manufacturer and model.
Find Your Storage Information
Open Task Manager.
Select Performance.
Select each available disk.
Windows can display information about your installed storage devices and whether they are SSDs or HDDs.

If our support team asks for your PC specifications, provide as much of the following as possible:
CPU model
GPU model
Amount of RAM
RAM speed
Motherboard model
Windows version
EXM version
